PAM has six support staff – Cathy Olifiers, Lisa Hale, Moira McAdams, Kelly Dwyer, Sharon Goodreds and Kesinee Niranvichaya.
Unlike many companies in our industry PAM has little to no staff turnover and the support staff have been with PAM for 40 years, 30 years, 32 years and 5 years 2 years and 1 year respectively.
When clients phone the person who answers will know the client and will know what they are doing.

Cathy started working for Brent at Craig & Co in 1986 as the office junior. Over the next 15 years she progressed through the firm working in the Accounts, Scrip & Fixed Interest Departments, eventually holding the position of Fixed Interest Dealer and subsequently Manager of the Fixed Interest Department.
When Brent purchased the Whakatane branch of Craig & Co in March 2001 Cathy left her position with Craig & Co to take up the role of Office Manager at Private Asset Management Ltd. Her roles also include Portfolio Administration Manager and PAM's Compliance Officer.
Over the last 23 years she has developed and enhanced the systems for Private Asset Management that have helped it become the successful business it is today.
When Brent purchased the Whakatane branch of Craig & Co in March 2001 Cathy left her position with Craig & Co to take up the role of Office Manager at Private Asset Management Ltd. Her roles also include Portfolio Administration Manager and PAM's Compliance Officer.

Lisa started working with Brent in June 1996 when she was employed at Craig & Co Whakatane Branch in the Cash Management Department. In 1998 her position was moved to head office in Tauranga and Lisa decided to stay in Whakatane taking an administration role in the Fixed Interest Department, eventually becoming one of the fixed interest dealers. Then in March 2001 when Brent purchased the Whakatane branch and renamed it Private Asset Management Lisa left her position at Craig & Co to work in the Portfolio Administration Team and a new role as Research Assistant at Private Asset Management Ltd. Lisa is also part of the Compliance Team at PAM as well as being part of the systems development team.

Moira started working for Brent at Craig & Co Whakatane branch in 1995 as Brent’s Personal Assistant and Administration Secretary. Then in March 2001 when Brent purchased the Whakatane branch and renamed it Private Asset Management Moira accepted the position of Brent’s Personal Assistant & Office Secretary. Her role within the firm also includes Research Assistant and part of the Portfolio Administration Team.
When Brent moved to Auckland in 2008 Moira also relocated for 12 months to be his Personal Assistant while he adjusted to life in Auckland. She relocated back to Whakatane in 2009 where she continued her roles as Brent’s Personal Assistant, Office Secretary, Research Assistant and part of the Portfolio Administration Team.

Kelly is a member of the PAM administration team.
Kelly started working at Private Asset Management in November 2019 as the Client Account Administrator / Admin support. The primary focus of this position is opening and maintaining client accounts and related records. The work is conducted within the regulatory framework of the Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Funding of Terrorism (AML / CFT) legislation.
Kelly also provides administrative support to the wider Private Asset Management team.
